About The National HBCU Black Wall StreET Career Fest

The 2025 HBCU BWS Career Fest, sponsored by Aviate Through Knowledge Inc. and Simmons Bank, continues its mission of connecting HBCU students and graduates with top employers, fostering career advancement and workforce development. This year, the event expands its partnership with the City of Little Rock's Community Programs Department through the "Career Climb" initiative. The fest has also gained the recognition of U.S. Representative French Hill and U.S. Congresswoman Alma Adams. Emphasizing a bipartisan approach, the event encourages collaboration across industries to create a sense of belonging and access to opportunities for success.
